This review is long overdue.
Mark helped us sell our home in October, 2020 and purchase our new home in December, 2020. We are so grateful that we selected Mark and his team to assist us with the home selling/buying experience. He was incredibly patient, reassuring, and helped explain every step of the process. He always gave us great advice that was practical and realistic. He and his team were exceptional in meeting our needs - making sure there was consistent communication and were very flexible. Mark does a tremendous job and I highly recommend him! They communicated with us regularly to answer questions and guide us through the processes. Dylen was punctual, knowledgeable and so helpful while showing us 7 homes on a given Saturday before 2 pm in this summer heat of 2022. They also maintained COVID safety protocols, still in place with many properties. I highly recommend Mark Cuccuini and his group to help you with your buying and selling needs. They have years of experience to back them up and they are genuinely kind people. Very professional and they partner with other great people for all your home buying and home maintenance needs.

This was my first time buying a house, and I am very thankful that Mark was the person who took me through this process.
He was extremely helpful, professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. He was always available and prompt to answer any question. Weather I contacted him via text, call or email. Also, he genuinely showed that he was always looking out for my best interest by letting me know about any concerns. He was able to point things out, when we were visiting houses (that I would have never thought about because I do not have the experience). He was very familiar with the area where we were looking to buy, and this allowed us to focused on a much smaller area and reduced the time it took us to find our first home, because he understood (in a very short time) exactly what we were looking for. In terms of paperwork, him and his team were always very organized and responsive. To summarize; I usually do not leave reviews for anyone. The only reason why I am taking the time is because Mark deserves it. So, if you are considering working with Mark, do not thing twice. He is your guy! The process of purchasing a home is very intimidating if you do not have the right people hired. That's why I hired Mark and his team. We had a problem with our older septic system which needed to be replaced. Mark worked directly with the buyers agent. Kept them abreast of the timetables and progress of the replacement. Mark was spot on with the sale price. We had many offers above listing price. Mark Cuccuini Real Estate is fantastic from his assistant to Mark himself. My wife and I were ready to buy our first home in South Jersey in December 2015 and we needed a realtor to help us with just about everything.
A friend recommended Mark and after the first meeting we didn't even bother looking for someone else. Mark explained how the whole process would work - he was very clear and had answers to all of our questions. He helped us understand our budget and narrow our search area. Within no time he emailed us about 100 listings that matched our criteria. We wound up finding our dream home on that initial list! Throughout the home buying process Mark was always reachable. He scheduled all of our appointments and showed us all of the homes we were interested in. We had to compete with other offers on the home we wanted, and Mark put in a good word for us - and it worked! We closed in April 2016 and we couldn't be happier. Mark sold my property fast and at a higher price than I expected. Made it easy for me and took care of all the many details involved in selling real estate - which I had not done in over 30 years and hence was unfamiliar with. Could not have been more satisfied.
Mark was extremely knowledgeable of the market, priced our home accordingly and was a great asset in our home selling experience!
